You receive a clear, tailored quote outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables. Once approved and the deposit is paid, your project is scheduled and development begins.
Build, Review & Refinements
We design and build your WordPress website based on the agreed scope. You review the site and request reasonable refinements to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
Launch, Final Payment & Handover
After final approval, we launch your website and perform final testing. Once you’re happy, the outstanding balance is paid and full access is handed over only if the full payment is received.

Do you include hosting or domain registration?
No. WebWell does not provide hosting or domain registration. Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own hosting and domain.

How does payment work?
Projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is payable once the website is completed, approved, and ready to launch.
What happens if I am not happy with the website?
Your satisfaction is important to us. We work with you to make the necessary changes until you are happy with the website you are paying for. Once full payment has been made, the website becomes fully yours. If full payment is not completed, the website may be disabled.
Can I request changes after the site is built?
Yes. Each project includes a review phase for refinements. Additional changes or features outside the original scope may require a revised quote.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. All WebWell websites are built to be responsive and function correctly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Is SEO included in the website build?
All websites are built SEO-ready, meaning they follow best practices for structure, performance, and search visibility. Ongoing SEO or advanced optimisation can be added as a separate service.
Do you offer e-commerce websites?
Yes, but e-commerce is treated as a separate service due to its complexity. Pricing and scope are discussed separately based on your requirements.
Will I be able to manage my website myself?
Yes. Your website is built on WordPress, and you will receive guidance on how to manage basic updates and how to post blogs or articles on your site. Full access is handed over after final payment.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?
Yes. Post-launch support and ongoing maintenance options are available, either as once-off assistance or as part of a monthly retainer.
